Jazmine Patton

Crisis Line Coordinator

jpatton@positivetransitioning.org

My name is Jazmine Patton and I am a graduate of Mercer University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that has a passion for helping people get back on their feet and be the best them that they can be. I understand that it isn’t always easy, but it is a lot easier when you have someone in your corner. I am willing to work with you through the darkness and when you finally get out, watch you spread your wings and fly in the light. On that journey to the light I understand there will be hiccups and you will falter, but I’ll still be there when you are ready to get back up. You can do this, but only when you believe that you can.
